Vinyasa Flow

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the perfect choice for those who want to improve their physical and mental well-being. This form of yoga involves a series of poses (asanas) that help build strength, flexibility, and endurance. At The Omstead, we believe that Hatha Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress and increase mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each pose with personalized attention and support.

Yin Yoga

Goat Yoga

We take pride in offering our guests a unique and memorable yoga experience. We are excited to offer goat yoga – a joyful and entertaining practice where goats interact with practitioners. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to everyone.
