Hello, I'm Erica!

Erica received her RYT200 at West Hartford Yoga in 2014 and her RYT500 from Kripalu in 2023.  She has completed additional training in meditation, pranayama, Yin Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) and Safe Space Training. 

 

Erica teaches a slow flow, Kripalu style yoga, which encourages self-observation without judgement. You will be invited to use breath, movement, and meditation to help you meet yourself where you are at with kindness and compassion. A variety of modifications will always be offered to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced.  

Erica is an active ally for the LGBTQIA+ community. She strives to create a safe space for all people including those who are gender non-normative, transgender, CD and non-binary. She believes the practice of yoga can help everyone feel more comfortable and connected to their bodies.

When she’s not working, Erica likes to swim, hike, paddle board, snowshoe and geek out on computer stuff.
