"Omie" is actually a super fun play on words between "Omstead" and "homey"! And the best part? It's true meaning comes from the idea that everyone we work with becomes a member of our amazing Omstead community! How cool is that?!

Glastonbury High School Men's Soccer
We absolutely loved working with The Glastonbury High School soccer team! It was a pleasure to introduce them to the benefits of yoga for young athletes. Through our goat yoga session, we were able to help them improve their flexibility, balance, and focus on the field. We also focused on muscle groups to teach the team how they could see a significant decrease in injuries and an increase in overall performance. It was truly rewarding to see the positive impact that yoga had on these talented young athletes.

Let's give a big round of applause to the Kingswood Oxford High School football players on both the varsity and junior varsity teams. They are our Spotlight Omies of the month! These guys are absolutely amazing, working hard and having fun while doing it. We're beyond excited for their upcoming season and can't wait to cheer them on from the sidelines.
